Roya Massoudnia is a political campaign strategist specializing in digital media, direct mail, and strategic communications, with nearly a decade of experience helping candidates, organizations, and causes connect with voters and achieve their goals. She has worked on a wide range of elections, including state legislative and Senate races, county executive campaigns, mayoral races, and advocacy efforts focused on labor and reproductive freedom. During the 2020 cycle, Roya served as the Missouri Statewide Organizing Director for Mike Bloomberg 2020, where she led efforts to engage voters and build coalitions across the state.

After Bloomberg, Roya transitioned into public affairs, contributing to high-profile projects, including working with the San Francisco 49ers. She then moved to Washington, D.C., where she shifted her focus to digital media. In her first two cycles, Roya managed digital advertising campaigns for gubernatorial, attorney general, Senate, congressional, and mayoral races, as well as independent expenditures and ballot initiatives. Her work spanned across the country, with notable projects in California, Wisconsin, Florida, and Texas, among others. Over these cycles, she successfully managed more than $12 million in digital advertising campaigns, blending data-driven insights with strategic creativity to help campaigns effectively connect with voters and achieve their goals.

Originally from Saint Louis, Roya holds a Master’s in Public Health Policy from Saint Louis University. When she’s not working on campaigns, she enjoys spending time with her 18-year-old dachshund, Tuti.
