Ashlley Castillo most recently worked in the Communications and Operations department for Alianza Americas where she researched immigration policies and prepared public-facing content. Before that she worked in the Office of State Representative Eddie Lucio III of Texas. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she was the Latnix Student Alliance President.

Ashlley hails from the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas where she enjoys the unique border culture and the best tacos.
