An architect-turned-political consultant, Keenan has spent the last 8 years fighting to elect progressive Democrats to office across the country and within the labor movement.  Born, raised, and based out of Las Vegas, Keenan was Nevada Political Director for the Bernie 2020 presidential campaign and a communications specialist and lobbyist for the Clark County Education Association. Keenan helped lead Cori Bush’s 2020 primary and general election victories, securing significant national press coverage for her, and previously served as campaign manager for Amy Vilela’s 2018 congressional campaign featured in the Netflix documentary Knock Down the House. Keenan has built deep roots within the progressive movement nationwide and has extensive experience in press and media, communications, digital organizing and fundraising, graphic and web design, lobbying/passing legislation, general consulting and managing campaigns.
